Return Exchange

If you are not fully satisfied with the goods you have received or size, you can return for exchange to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition with the receipt as proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, if your request for exchange comes after the 14days, we will NOT be able to offer you a exchange.

Before exchanging your item, please send an email to gstokley1@yahoo.com or customerservice@graysonstokley.com to coordinate processing your EXCHANGE. All Sales Are Final!!!

 

Exchange (if applicable)

• Only items that are defective or have been damaged during initial shipping will be replaced.
• Upon inspection of the item, you will be advised, within 3 days, if the exchange is approved or rejected.
• If approved, your exchange will be sent out within 3 days of approval and you will be notified via email that the new item has been shipped.
